Rebate Reminder

I wrote this program to keep track of my rebate submissions. It categorizes your rebates by the store where you made your purchase, and stores the following details about each rebate:

• Item Info - Store, Brand, Item, serial number, model number, SKU, UPC number
• Rebate Info - Amount, promo number, address, date purchased, date mailed, final postmark date, date check is expected, rebate company name, phone number and website
• A "Notes" section for logging calls to customer service, emails, and other important information for each rebate
• You can also store a shortcut to scanned forms of the receipt, rebate form, and UPC stored on your hard drive for easy viewing!

Note: Rebate Reminder requres the .NET Framework, available from Microsoft. You can also install it by visiting Windows Update.
